Last Saturday was my company's annual dinner and it was held at the Grand Port View Seafood Restaurant.
Everyone was so happy that time as we can leave office one hour earlier than usual.
The dinner started at 7.30pm and Stephanie, Ms Chang and I was a lil bit late and we're the last three persons arrived there.
It was not really a good day as it was pouring heavily that time.
We're considered lucky as the dinner not started yet!

The first dish came for not long...
Most of the dishes were some typical Chinese cuisines..
Four Hot and Cold Combination
Everyone seem loving the crispy curry puff alike spring roll!
Good thing, it's not spicy at all!
Shark's Fin Soup with Fish Lips & Maw, Abalone and Seacucumber
Steamed Chicken with Ham and Kailan
Fresh Fish with Eggplant and Spicy Sauce
I have never tried this before but I found it not tasty at all and nothing special.
I'm not sure but most of them said it was just OK.
Crispy Roasted Chicken
Salad Prawn
After this dish, everyone actually feeling very full already.
*LOL*
Beanpuff with Spinach in Superior Sauce
Fried Rice with Salted Fish and Chicken Meat
Lastly for our dessert actually was the Papaya and White Fungus in Light Syrup, though most of them don't really like it and actually didn't finish it.
But hey, I love em' !
So, it's actually not just a simple annual dinner we had, but also my boss's father in law's birthday!
We had this huge fruit cake to shared with!
Huge Durian Fruits Cake from Uncle Biscuit
And I had this portion of cake with lotsa fruits!
Though I did not finished it up as I was reminded that I drank red wine already.
Oh-no!
Alright, just to share some pictures moment with you all...
Though the most important picture is with my boss, he just not going to upload nor send to us!
It's the group picture of the whole company's employees with him!
Ladies - Stephanie, Me, Olivia, Joy (Boss's wife) and Ms Chang
Am with cute little Lucas ( Boss's son )
Kenny and Olivia, this couple going to get married on this coming May.

The foods actually just so-so to me, and this is the third time to dine there.
Anyway, I had a great time with the ladies though I had hung-over the next morning due to the alcohol drinks that I drank! Lucky the next day was Sunday!

Hi Caroline,
ReplyDeleteRegarding the book... another person asked for it. Since the last time I gave you one book, so this time I decided to pass the Arthur Clark's book to her.
