I was quite surprised that although my BFFs quite shocked but apparently most of them were shocked that I actually gone through this treatment. They knew how well I am that I'm a crying baby and someone-who-afraid-of-almost-everything! They even knew about I actually ran away from the clinic when I was a kid to avoid injections and never failed to cry out loud for every injection. I shall stop here and stop embarrassing myself with more silly stuffs I did when I was small. (╯_╰)

When I received the greeting email from sweet Joan who representing Mediviron UOA Clinic on regards of the treatment review, I had a mixed feelings and pretty much hesitated to go for it. The first thing I did was check on their official site (
www.mediviron-uoa.com) to ensure everything will be fine and legit. At that moment, I was thinking if I really need to go through it until I saw the
Dermal Filler treatment and also the
Candela Gentle YAG Laser treatment that actually can treat my acne problem. I then decided to give it a try and knowing the first session would be briefing and checking out which treatment would be suitable, I still have the rights to proceed or not.

The first meeting was on the last Saturday and things didn't happen as what I've expected earlier. It was my first meeting with Joan and she has been really sweet and friendly, without scaring me away. I was briefed and was totally surprised by her to tell me that I am lucky as her manager allow me to proceed right away since the doctor was free in the morning. How am I supposed to respond to that? Cray-Cray! (◎_◎;)
I took almost half an hour to finally give a yes to Joan. Right after I agreed with it, my heart started to beat super duper fast and I was really in such fear that what if it's really painful? What if it turned out make me look uglier? What if I don't like it? etc etc... I was brought into a room to begin with a skin analysis and it turned out my skin condition wasn't that bad to compare with my previous skin analysis session.
Joan brought me into the VIP waiting room and accompanied me all the time, cheering and comforting me, sharing her travel experiences with me, that's really something I appreciated a lot. Though she mentioned that why I chose to do dermal filler instead of laser treatment, I'm not sure if I'm ready for laser treatment, although I know I can get rid from acne problem after that. I've been struggling to find the right products to treat my worsen eye bag's condition which nothing really work well.

Marcus being really nice and offered to help apply the numbing cream on my eye bags areas prior the treatment. They knew I was really afraid and freaked out being the first time for such treatment, Marcus shared his experience whilst gently apply the numbing cream. They also applied another layer to ensure I don't feel any pain during the inject session later on. It has a cooling sensation and it will be removed after 10-15minutes.

This procedure is suitable for all skin types. No allergy testing is required, as hyaluronic acid is naturally occurring it is safe to use on anyone. I was still worried as my skin is quite sensitive. The effects of hyaluronic acid fillers can last in excess of a year, although the longevity of results varies from patient to patient. The body will eventually break down and absorb the hyaluronic acid over time and without leaving a trace. It’s important to remember that the treatment is not permanent so there’s no risk of being stuck with a look you may not be happy with in years to come.
Three injections on my left eye bag area and I didn't feel any pain at all! Obviously, I dare not to open my eyes during the entire inject sessions. I hope it doesn't freak Joan out that I actually held her hand tight as normally I have my mom or my friends next to me on this kind of "occasion".

On recovery period, there's no downtime and most people able to return straight to work after treatment. However, some redness, minor swelling or bruising may be experienced in the treatment area but is easily hidden with mineral makeup. My sensitive reacted to the filler and it swelled a bit. (*ﾟﾛﾟ)
Another 3 injections were done on my right side eye bag areas and my very first dermal filler treatment session has completed. To my surprised, the right side of the treatment area didn't swell.

Believe it or not, the entire treatment process only took around 15minutes, it's really fast. That explained why people can actually come during the lunch hour and get back to work after that. (´⊙ω⊙`)！

It was certainly a huge relief after it's over! When Dr Lashela told me I have to return after two weeks for another touch up session, I then started to panic again. Good thing, I can at least calm myself down for that two week period. And oh! I was also informed that no swimming and no sauna for two week period too. The entire experience was pretty awesome! I know I'm in a good hand as I've checked through
