Truffled Cold Angel Hair, Avruga Caviar -RM30
This is super delicious and totally worth every penny! Some may say the portion is small, it really just nice for you to enjoy the entire flavors!
|
Salted Egg Yolk Soft Shell Crab -RM29
Topped with curry leaf infused cream sauce, served in lettuce cups.
|
|
|
Prawn & Crab Croquette -RM31
Served with laksa, coconut broth and topped with salmon roe.
This one tastes pretty interesting with the touch of the local flavor of laksa. It's actually not bad.
|
Suckling Pig -RM52
12-hour slow cooked and served with plum and balsamico.
This tastes really, really delicious! Though I hope the price won't be this expensive for such portion.

|
Citrus Cured Salmon Carpaccio -RM42
Served with 62c egg yolk, wasabe mayo, salted kelp and truffled toast.
As much as I love my salmon, I wasn't impressed to see how they were thinly sliced here. Overall, it tastes pretty good and interesting with the combination of all flavors together.

Pan Seared Black Cod -RM62
Served with smoked caviar dressing, asparagus, mushroom fritters and balsamico. I love this dish, it's fresh and flaky, just the way I like it. The smoked caviar dressing definitely made it taste so great!
Bak Kut Teh -RM47
12-hour slow cooked pork belly served with quinoa, bok choy, garlic and chili padi soy glaze, topped with mushroom tempura. BKT done in modern and fine dining way, with huge chunks of meat and layer of fats, it's delicious. I would say the texture of the meat weren't as tender as the one I've had normally, but it was all good. The chef also substitutes the rice with quinoa which is healthier, though I still prefer to eat this with my steamed white rice.
Chicken in "Percik" Sauce -RM38
Sous vide chicken thigh, served with mash potatoes, asparagus, quinoa crisps and percik sauce. With just a little twist in flavors, this tastes pretty good for local fusion food.

Layers of puff pastry, filled with ricotta cheese, peach and berries.
|
Chocolate Fudge -RM25
Homemade, served with pistachios and vanila ice cream.
THIS IS SUPER GOOD!
|
|
Creme Brulee -RM25
It is kah-lua and baileys infused, super good!
